Montana-Dakota Utilities last filed for an electric rate increase in Wyoming in 2016. Since then, the cost of providing electric service to our customers across the Wyoming communities of Big Horn, Sheridan, Acme, Dayton, Ranchester, and Story has changed significantly. The current rates no longer reflect those costs, and this meeting will help explain why an update is necessary as we strive to continue providing safe and reliable service.
